How do you make these things?

Images at Ron & Mike's Art Page were created by Ron, Mike, Bret, and Glen (mostly by Ron and Mike). Inspired by the Surrealist art movement of the first half of this century, their own creations appear here in an art form coined by the Surrealists as the "Cadavre Exquis" (Exquisite Corpse). In each displayed work, the top portion was executed by one artist, then mostly concealed, leaving the rest for the second artist (sometimes third) to complete. The contributing artist(s) had no idea of subject matter. Without knowing what the top portion looked like, these artists were able to achieve a symmetry of emotion and artistic conformance. A little psychic energy involved? In many cases, the viewer has difficulty pinpointing where one contributor leaves off, and the other begins.
